Chef Stations Menu

Pre‐ceremony grazing platters for the Bride and Groom

Fresh fruit, yoghurt parfait, finger sandwiches, Lavosh crackers and local cheeses

 

Antipasti bar

Roasted vegetables, sliced salami, prosciutto, bocconcini, cherry tomatoes, assorted olives, hummus, local cheese, grissini and warm Turkish bread

 

Oyster bar

Fresh oysters shucked to order with ginger shallot dipping sauce and Bloody Mary oyster shooters


Slider station

Char Sui glazed pork and pineapple on brioche rolls

Burgers with caramelised onions, blue cheese and rocket

 

Yum Cha station

Pork and ginger gyoza with black vinegar dipping sauce
Crab and vegetable wontons with chili and hot bean sauce
Potato and pea samosas with mint coconut chutney

 

Tea and coffee service

Freshly brewed coffee and a selection of Byron Bay teas

 

Wedding cake cutting service

Your cake served with gooseberries, rhubarb coulis and whipped cream

 

Dessert canapés

Raspberry, pistachio and dark chocolate tartlets
Dark chocolate dipped strawberries

 

Late night snack

Roast leg of ham with crusty bread rolls and hot mustard
