Roving Entrées Menu

Pre‐ceremony grazing platters for the Bride and Groom

Fresh fruit, yoghurt parfait, finger sandwiches, Lavosh crackers and local cheeses

 

Canapés

Artichoke fritters with lemon saffron aioli
Pea, goats’ cheese and mint bruschetta
Tempura zucchini flowers stuffed with tomatoes and Parmesan
'Green eggs and ham' - prosciutto cup with quails egg, salsa verde and broccoli sprouts

 

Roving entrées

Prawn and avocado sopes with red lentil sprout and coriander salad and tequila lime dressing
Seared kangaroo loin with sweet potato mash, corn and olive salsa and black mole 
Ricotta tart with white asparagus, spring peas, mint, peashoots and borage

 

Tea and coffee service

Freshly brewed coffee and a selection of Byron Bay teas

 

Wedding cake cutting service

Your cake served with cherries, strawberry coulis and whipped cream
