A degustation for a very special wedding

Every wedding is different, but there are some that really stand out and this wedding really was a unique reflection of this elegant couple. This couple was fun and easy to talk to and also really knew what they wanted the day to be like. They were clear from the beginning they wanted a degustation for their guests, but had a tight timeline which meant planning the menu, setting up the kitchen and briefing the staff so that everything came out hot, perfect and fast!

We served 16 different dishes from the antipasti bar to the mango and coconut popsicles at the end of the day in 5 hours! That’s a record even for us!

The other amazing thing about this event was the incredible talent pulled together by Rachael and the team at The Events Lounge. From the unbelievable flowers by Stem Designs to the incredible bone china plates from Table For Louis, every detail was magnificent and the combined effect was to make each element shine brighter than it might on its own.
